Teresa is the owner of the Fitness Together – Clearwater location. She grew up competing in sports, cheerleading and coaching gymnastics in Oklahoma, where she earned a degree in Physical Education at the University of Oklahoma. After graduating in 1986, Teresa moved to Miami, FL and started her 20 year career as a Personal Trainer. In 2005 Teresa moved to the Tampa area and joined the Fitness Together team to “continue helping people change their lives for the better. The endless reward of making a difference for others from a health perspective is indescribable, I am extremely grateful for the ability to touch people in a positive way."
